You know how committed I'm to you and how hard you work for your child. You are trying to save his/her life. I'm with you...I support you. And as your friend, I tell you, you HAVE to take a break.
You have to go get coffee...you have to go to a movie...you have to buy a new pair of shoes or something. I hear you saying...I don't have time or money or even friends to do it with. My dear friend, if you don't do this, you and your child can't get where you want to be. What good it is for your child to be healing and you to be ill?
Dear one, go out and get that cup of coffee. You don't have time NOT to.
