When you work your Autism therapy shifts with your child, I suggest scheduling them as a job.
I scheduled myself into the rotation of Autism therapists. I pretended as if I was going to work and missed my sessions rarely. I avoided any commitments, phone calls or other distractions. Because of this, I was able to truly become a member of the therapy team. They knew I worked regular shifts. My initials were on the program log. My data was in the book. Over time, they trusted my input on programs.
All of this went back to the fact that I worked regularly as they did.
Let's get going!,
